Once they close the door Miller will tell you to go ahead, so run up the stairs and head around to the right. Stick to the left and follow the building around to meet up with Miller. From here head forward a little, look to your left and follow the plank up onto the stairs. ![]() Follow this tunnel along and exit out by the icicles on the right. You'll have to drop down a bit and run along a ledge at the end of which you follow it to the right and drop into the manhole. Continue to run through the level, for the moment sticking to the left. From the start head to your left, and not far along a mutant should jump up on your left so use this chance to quickly snag a kill with your VSV that you picked up earlier. He'll go on about how he's annoyed the council wont pledge you their support but how he has an idea.Īfter all of this the screen will fade out and you'll be done with this part of the chapter.Īnother straight forward and short section of the game. The screens fades to black and when it fades back in Miller will be in front of you talking. You'll enter the council chamber but not see what happens. Miller will then tell a guard to escort you to the council chamber, which he'll do. Then Miller will walk through the doorway and lead you off to his office where he'll talk to you a little and then summon the council. Enter the building and Ulman will talk to the Captain there about you when Ulman is finished he'll leave and you have a few moments to stock up on ammo (you can also buy a new gun, but don't). Once they've cleared you and let you through, the cart will carry on a little and then stop at the station at which point you need to get off and head along the platform to the building the guard is standing at outside.
